1. Financial Management Specialist (FMS)
- Positions Available: 01
- Qualifications & Experience:
- A minimum qualification of ACA with five years of experience, or CMA/ACCA/CA finalist, or a Master’s Degree in Finance or an equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized institution/university.
- At least ten years of experience in Accounts/Financial Management, with a preference for candidates who have completed articles with reputable Chartered Accountant firms.
- Experience in preparing Financial Statements of large/complex organizations using the Accrual basis, preferably under IPSAS.
- Familiarity with budgetary processes in Pakistan and experience in financial management within the public sector.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software/ERP and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in social safety projects and those who have knowledge of ADB Financial Management Guidelines.
2. Research Methodology and Monitoring and Evaluation Expert
- Positions Available: 01
- Qualifications & Experience:
- PhD (or equivalent advanced university degree) in research and design, monitoring and evaluation, program development, or a related field.
- Ten years of relevant experience, with a focus on social sector research and evaluation.
- Published research papers, preferably as a lead author, in national or international journals over the last seven years.
- Expertise in study designs, survey data analysis, and proficiency in software such as gStata, SPSS, MATLAB, SAS, Minitab, and XLSTAT.
- Ability to manage large datasets and interpret complex data for strategic decision-making.
3. Data Analytics Expert-II

- Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence in large software projects or organizations.
- Experience with analytical tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense, and statistical software (e.g., R, MATLAB, SAS, STATA).
- Proficiency in database management, data modeling, and handling large datasets using relational databases like TOAD, SQL Server, and Oracle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of data with attention to detail.
