Educational Requirements:
- Sepoy GD: Minimum Matric (Science/Arts)
- Clerk: Intermediate + computer skills
- Nursing/EMT: FSc (Pre-Medical) + relevant diploma
- Technical Staff: Middle or Matric with trade diploma

Physical Standards:
- Height: Minimum 5 feet 6 inches (Relaxation for tribes: 5’4″)
- Chest: Minimum 31 inches + 2-inch expansion
- Age Limit: 17 to 23 years (upper limit 25 years for some posts)
