WAPDA is inviting applications from retired armed forces to fill the vacancies of Senior Vigilance Officer, Vigilance Officer and Assistant Inspector Vigilance. Candidates must fulfill the following criteria to apply for these WAPDA posts:
1. Senior Vigilance Officer
Applicants must be retired Junior Commissioned Officers of the armed forces, having held ranks such as Honorary Lieutenant, Captain, or Subedar. They should have successfully passed their Secondary School Certificate (SSC) Examination with at least a “C” Grade or a 2nd Division from a recognized board. Intelligence course qualification is mandatory, and the candidate should have a minimum of 05 years of experience in intelligence duties in the field. The maximum age limit for this position is 50 years.
2. Vigilance Officer
Candidates for this role must have retired from the armed forces and possess a Secondary School Certificate (SSC) with at least a “C” Grade or a 2nd Division from a recognized board. Intelligence course qualification and 03 years of intelligence experience in the field are required. Candidates must also be computer literate. The maximum age limit for this role is 44 years.
3. Assistant Inspector Vigilance
Applicants must have retired from the armed forces as Lance Havildars, Naiks, or an equivalent rank. A Secondary School Certificate (SSC) with a “C” Grade or a 2nd Division from a recognized board is required. Candidates must have completed an intelligence course and should possess a minimum of 03 years of field intelligence experience. The age limit for this role is 42 years.
